Refresh & Renew Property Services provides property maintenance solutions including, but not limited to, junk removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, pressure washing, and roof soft washing. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary and subject to on-site verification.
• Final pricing will be agreed upon before work commences.
• We strive for transparency and will communicate any unforeseen costs immediately.

3. Booking and Cancellation

• Appointments are subject to availability.
• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, you agree to:

• Provide clear access to the work area.
• Secure any pets or valuable items prior to our arrival.
• Disclose any known hazards or specific property conditions that may affect the work.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and validated checks. Late payments may incur interest or collection fees.

6. Liability

Refresh & Renew Property Services carries appropriate insurance. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or issues arising from undisclosed hazards. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lawton, Oklahoma.
